In einem Zoo wurde eine ungewöhnliche Rettungsaktion beobachtet: Eine Zoopflegerin rettete eine Taube aus dem Maul eines Pelikans. Der Vorfall wurde in einem Freigehege gefilmt, wo der Pelikan normalerweise von Fischen und Krebstieren lebt. Doch dieses Mal hatte er es auf Vogelfutter abgesehen und griff eine Taube an. Zum Glück konnte die Zoopflegerin eingreifen und die Taube aus dem Schnabel des Pelikans befreien. Es war nicht das erste Mal, dass der Pelikan sich an Tauben verging.
