Olive Oil
8oz of Brussels Sprouts
Salt
Kale
1 Shallot
1 Leek
3 cloves of Garlic
More Oil (as needed)
Spinach
Cumin
Green Harissa
More Salt
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
A half cup of Water
4 Eggs
Even more Cooking Oil (optional)
Parsley
Green Onion
Aleppo Pepper
Queso Fresco/Feta Cheese
Pickled Onion
Black Pepper
Serve with Warm Bread and a Lemon Wedge
