1. The FULL dose is only available for self-declared IMMUNOCOMPROMISED in the final CDC decision on 10-21-21
2. the Mix and Match trial that CDC/FDA used were based on a full dose of 100 microgram from Moderna .

3. Moderna told the FDA they expect similar antibody response.. Moderna's authorization request included results from a study of 171 people who received the authorized 100-microgram doses of Moderna's vaccine and a 50-microgram booster dose at least six months later. "binding and neutralizing antibody responses were generally comparable in participants who received the 100 µg mRNA-1273 and the 50 µg dose at all time points and across both age groups."
