boneless white fish
zucchini or potatoes, cut into thin slices
cherry tomatoes
onion
black or green olives
cappers
dried oregano or any herbs best for the fish
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 12-15 minutes
