When Hannah stumbles upon a website about Thinspiration-an online community devoted to anorexia-she becomes an obsessive follower of the site's founder, ButterflyAna, and her life spirals out of control. Will her friends and family be able to help her overcome the disease, or is it too late?

17-year-old dancer Hannah is a perfectionist, always pushing herself to the limit. This isn't surprising given her home life-her mom manages the family effortlessly, and her dad is set on making her brother Leo into a wrestling champion. Even Hannah's best friend Kayden is perfect without even trying. So when Hannah stumbles upon a website for Thinspiration, a cult-like forum encouraging anorexia, she becomes entranced. Spurred on by the site's siren-like founder, ButterflyAna, Hannah falls deeper under her spell and begins to deteriorate both physically and mentally. Desperate to reach her goal weight, she spirals out of control. It's going to take everyone she loves-and a harsh dose of reality-to get her to back away from the edge and return to a normal life.
