INHALTSANGABE:
Sharyn Berkley (Ashlynn Yennie) wird eines Nachts mit Verdacht auf akuten Blinddarmdurchbruch in eine Klinik gebracht. Als sie jedoch nach einer scheinbar erfolgreichen Notoperation wieder erwacht, befindet sie sich in einer bizarren medizinischen Einrichtung. Diese wird vom mysteriösen Arzt Dr. Aaron Hellenbach (Louis Mandylor) geleitet, der die Patienten und Patientinnen dort wie Laborratten behandelt und furchtbare, sadistische Experimente an ihnen durchführt. Diese sollen die Wirksamkeit eines neuen Serums beweisen, welches, wie Sharyn am eigenen Leib erfährt, in der Tat ungeahnte heilende Ergebnisse bringt. Eines ist jedoch klar: Die Patienten sind hier nicht freiwillig und ohne Kontakt zur Außenwelt, sind sie Dr. Hellenbach hilflos ausgeliefert...
