Nigeria’s currency crisis has triggered an exodus of businesses from the country. At least four multinationals, including GSK Plc, Bayer AG and Sanofi SA, have announced they’re ending production, as a scarcity of dollars, a naira in freefall and rampant inflation slashes profits.
