Method 1:
1. Open youtube and click on a top-right profile pic.
2. Click on "Your channel"
3. Click on Settings (Gear button)
4. Tap on the three-dot button on top-right corner and select "Help & Feedback"
5. Click on "google account settings" link and open with any browser.
It will ask you to log in if you are not logged in.
6. Tap on profile pic area and select your new profile pic.
7. After that click on "Done"
That's all. Your youtube profile pic is changed.
Method 2:
This is a very simple method to change youtube profile picture
1. Open settings of your phone.
2. Choose Google in accounts.
3. Click on "Manage your Google Account"
4. select personal info and tap on profile image and tap on "set profile photo"
5. Now, choose your photo and click on accept.
Now, open youtube and check your profile picture it is updated.
