EACC repossesses grabbed estate in Mombasa town

Kenya CitizenTV The ethics and anti-corruption commission has recovered a grabbed estate in Mombasa’s central business district worth an estimated 500 million shillings. The Hobley Estate property was grabbed in 1999 and has now been reverted to the housing department under the Ministry of Lands, housing and Urban Development.
EACC has obtained orders stopping any further activity on land belonging to the coast water works that is alleged to have been grabbed.
