Cleveland Weather: More rain moves in tonight

Monday into Tuesday there is a Freeze Watch for all of NE Ohio. This means temperatures near freezing are likely for the immediate lakeshore and mid to upper-20s are possible inland. Essentially this means the growing season is coming to a close. Plan accordingly.
By Tuesday, the day starts drier; however, we don't stay that way. This one is interesting to forecast. Not only is it going to shoot much cooler air into place...BUT we could potentially see our first snowflakes of the season. We'll have a decent line of precipitation to move through late Halloween. As of right now, this looks to follow most trick-or-treating windows across the area.
We get another blast of cooler air in here of course and this one really fires off the lakes...lake effect snow and rain is likely in spots (mainly east of Cleveland) Tuesday into Wednesday. If we're putting bets on the table as to when the snow would be most notable...it would be super early Wednesday. There are a few key things to remember here...the ground is still VERY warm (aka a lot will melt on contact). This will NOT be a blockbuster event...more so a mini hello from winter. Accumulations *if any* are still hard to put a finger on just yet. Higher elevations are grassy surfaces would have the upper hand here. Stay tuned on-air and right here for updates as we get closer.
