1 Corinthians 10:13 is a comforting verse to Christians reminding us that the Lord is always with us, even in the mist of temptation. @AKRichardson believes that if an individuals actions are determined by God then that person has no ability whatsoever to resist temptation. This of course begs the question of incompatiblism and fails to give a proper internal critique of compatiblism. However the verse says that "God is faithful" and so we can trust God having a purpose even in the trials and temptation He will never leave us or forsake us. In those moments of temptation from the enemy, our flesh, and the world we can look to king Jesus the author and perfecter of our faith trusting that He will save us!
