1 pack of (extra) Silken Tofu
1 Yellow Onion
Neutral Cooking Oil
Olive Oil
About 5 Cloves of Garlic
A handful of Umami Powder
Juice of half a Lemon
A spoon of Miso Paste
A pack of Mushrooms
Some Salt
1 pack of Fettuccini Noodles
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
MSG
Salt
Side Vegetables:
1 Zucchini
1 Squash
Salt
Pepper
Italian Seasoning
A little bit of Red Bell Pepper
Top with Parsley and Black Pepper and top with Shrimp if desired
