We continue our study of Chapter 7, which contains two additional scenes from the Festival of Tabernacles. These two scenes are not unique from the standpoint of accepting Jesus as Messiah; some accept and some do not. Some are agnostics. Some base their ideas based on opinion with no scriptural basis at all. Some base their belief on an incomplete understanding of scripture and, therefore, they are found to be incorrect. Anyway, these are interesting events in the life of Jesus. Here he makes the offer of living water to those thirst. We know that those who walk in darkness do not thirst after God; Jesus makes this clear.
