Rob Ager A set of practical interventions I used to cure my acid reflux and helicobacter pylori infection, as well as heal my chronically sensitive oesophagus / hiatus hernia. I used no antibiotics, but mastika / mastic gum was a key part of the process. The rest involved a variety of lifestyle and diet changes to help heal my chronically injured oesophagus. Several of these are interventions I didn't receive during attempts at medical treatment and have not heard talked about in the available literature on the subject.
