I'm not uploading this to attack anyone. This is for context for an upcoming video. This individual is presently committing some disgusting crimes against people who personally reached out to me for help.
You might remember that this scumbag tried to SWAT me last year. I wasn't aware that he was Repzion's friend at the time (and I didn't know who Repzion was, honestly). But yes, Repzion is well aware of this man's behavior, and yes, he approves of him. So does his Discord, where Chard is a fixture.
Humorously, Chard abused YouTube's privacy complaint system to get my video about him trying to SWAT me taken down and claims his "connections with the Feds" did so and got me arrested. Lol. More on him and the myriad others he's abused over the last year coming in a bit.
