This property suffered major fire damage previous to us going in replacing a drywall!
But overall everything came out pretty smooth, on the second floor we to install insulation in the walls and ceilings.
I hired a couple of youngsters to help get the drywall up one of them was sixteen the other one was 19 they were brothers.
They were consistent and steady all the way through getting the drywall up, something that you don't usually get nowadays out of older men that come on to these construction sites and claim they want to work!
This project took us about three weeks to get it finished from start to end, had we not been working on the other end of the city finishing up another project we could have got done a lot sooner!
A project like the one here it's about 110 sheets of drywall and usually would take us about ten days to finish up a project like this or sooner, but that all depends on what pace we working at and how soon we want to get it done. Usually doesn't take that long if we have all the material on site we can constantly get it done and manage timing so we don't fall behind!
