Der Kickbox-Champion Matt Reeves wird Zeuge des Mordes an seinem Freund Johnny. Als er die Umstände untersucht, stellt sich heraus, dass ein Mr. Neegal in Südafrika einen neuen Kickboxverband gegründet hat und internationalen Champions keinerlei Chance lässt nicht mitzumachen. Johnny musste mit seinem Leben bezahlen, als er nicht beitreten wollte. Neegal scheint jeden zu töten, der sich ihm in den Weg stellt.
