Bloomberg Markets and Finance PWC Washington National Tax Service Principal, Rohit Kumar, gives his insight on whether or not Congress will be able to work out the appropriation process before the halfway mark of this fiscal year. He also talks about a tax deal that was passed out of the House Ways and Means Committee that would extend tax breaks to businesses and expand the child tax credit, and if he thinks it will be supported.
