New UN Report Exposes Systemic Israeli Abuse of Palestinian Prisoners

News Central TV The Commissioner-General of the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees, Philippe Lazarrini, who also heads the UN Agency responsible for Palestinian Refugees, has confirmed the existence of an internal report alleging mistreatment of Palestinian detainees by Israeli authorities following the October 7th Hamas attack. According to the report compiled by the Agency, there were complaints of abuse from Palestinians who had been released back into Gaza after being held in custody. This revelation coincides with a recent UN report which found credible evidence suggesting that Hamas perpetrated conflict-related sexual violence against Israelis during the same attacks. In response, the Israeli Defence Force issued a statement emphasizing that mistreatment of detainees during their time in custody is strictly prohibited, and they refuted allegations of sexual abuse against detainees.
Additionally, South Africa's response is making waves, with plans to detain Israeli soldiers holding dual citizenship.
