Manhunt for person who beheaded relative in California

KCRA News Police are looking for a man accused of decapitating a woman and taking the head with him. Officials said the man has relatives in the San Joaquin Valley area. The Santa Rosa Police Department said there is a warrant out for 24-year-old Luis Gustavo Aroyo-Lopez of Santa Rosa. He is a relative of the woman killed, but the department did not specify how they are related.
