God does not prepare the day for me. Rather, He prepares me for the day. We do not know what the day holds, but we do know who holds the day.
Worry is a form of idolatry, when we are spending time and energy focusing on what we don't want to have happen, and anticipating a future without the presence of His peace. We are on a journey of self- awareness, and learning to capture thoughts that lead to fear, doubt and worry. He is our strength and our shield!
