This Homily is all about Love, Forgiveness and my Father. Yes, my Father is a great example. He had 5 children and I will discuss this and let you know he loved all of us equally. I cherished him and want to be like him.
I disuss forgiveness. Peter asks Jesus how many times to forgive someone and you probable have heard, not 7 but 70 times 7. In other words, Jesus told him to always forgive.
Love is a central theme here. God's love for us, Jesus demonstrated love in His earth life and my Father was a loving person.
So, yes, I enjoy the saying "Like Father, Like Son"
