Mind set - what is your mind set on. If we live by default, the mind will drift toward worry. Be intentional, aim up.
Worry and Fear can not equally co-exist with Love and Peace. Worry is anticipating a future without the presence of Peace. We need to catch the brain train that is being controlled by the ego/culture/fear. Take it back to the station and change the conductor.
