In a high tower above, Principal Pankley becomes Frosty's new master. Principal Pankley wishes to rule on high as sultan and to be the most powerful sorcerer in the world. Then he turns Ted back into a street street rat, also Kayla back into George and banishes both of them to the "ends of the earth" and continues his dirty deeds.
