We begin this episode by going over all the materials you’ll be needing for this project, including all the accessories, tools, and equipment used for transferring vinyl designs onto a custom drinking glass.
Next, we show you how to set up your designs in the SignMaster CUT+ARMS software that comes with our 25” Vinyl Cutter Bundles. We also show you how to load the vinyl, set the cutting force and speed, and choose the right blade level on the vinyl cutter.
After that, we demonstrate how to properly weed out the excess vinyl and give you an expert tip for making the process smoother and easier. From there, we’ll show you how to marry your vinyl with your adhesive sheets.
Once that’s done, we transfer the first color-changing vinyl design onto the drinking glass while also going over your profit potential for a project like this. Finally, we marry and apply the rest of the designs onto the drinking glass and showcase how the vinyl changes colors.
