Mit 46% Vol. abgefüllt, erhielt der Green Spot Quails' Gate eine zusätzliche 16-monatige Finishing in Pinot Noir Casks von Quails' Gate, einer kanadischen Weinkellerei mit Sitz in British Columbia. Diese Finishing erfolgte nach der Lagerung in amerikanischen Eichenfässern und ehemaligen Sherryfässern.
