Local 22 & Local 44 Shant "Michael" Soghomonian has pleaded not guilty to setting a fire at Sen. Bernie Sanders’ office earlier this month. After several rounds of delays, Soghomonian appeared in a Burlington federal courtroom for an official arraignment.
