Banana, chocolate and biscoff verrine - Vegan recipe
Today, we're going to be making a very easy vegan verrine recipe using banana, chocolate and biscoff.
Ingredients of banana, chocolate and biscoff verrine :
- 3 bananas
- 70 g of sugar
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 20 cl of soy cream
- 6 biscoff biscuits (some brands are accidentally vegan)
- 60 g of dark baking chocolate (some brands are accidentally vegan)
- 1 tbsp of water
- 8 g of vegan butter (or margarine)
- 15 ml of soy milk
Instructions of banana, chocolate and biscoff verrine :
- Out of your three bananas, save half one for the end of the recipe
- Cut your remaining 2,5 bananas up
- Add to a blender your bananas, sugar, vanilla extract and soy cream
- Blend it all up
- In a pot, start to melt your dark chocolate
- Pour your water and margarine in
- Stir carefully
- Add your soy milk and stir until all your chocolate has melted
- Crumble 4 biscoff biscuits before placing one in each of your 4 glasses
- Take your banana goop and pour it on top
- Take your half banana left and cut it finely before adding it in
- With your two biscuits left, break them in half and add each piece on top of your already filled glasses
- Pour a few spoonful of chocolate on top
