JJ has always been well behaved on our visits to the Musical Instrument Museum, but during a visit to with Jamiela, Christopher and my grandson Jake, JJ's disruptive behaviors kicked in and he got all wound up and overly silly.
Disruptive behaviors can be grouped broadly into four categories: (1) inattention, (2) hyperactivity and impulsivity, (3) oppositionality and defiance, and (4) conduct problems and antisocial behaviors including aggression
I had a talk with him to help wind him down before returning to the exhibit.
Although he managed to calm down, he was not allowed to use his iPad for the remainder of the day.
