Maniac 1934 Psychotronic exploitation film directed by Dwain Esper. Maniac is considered one of the 100 Most Amusingly Bad Movies Ever Made. "Maxwell" is an impersonator who's working as the lab assistant to the crazed Dr. Meirschultz, a mad scientist trying to bring the dead back to life. When He kills the doctor, he attempts to hide his crime by "becoming" the mad scientist taking over his work, and copying his appearance/mannerisms. In the process, he slowly goes insane.
