Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients for Yeast Mixture:
Warm milk 1 cup
Yeast 2 ½ tsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Melted butter 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Yeast mixture

Ingredients for Filling:
Candi Biscuits 24
Cream cheese 1/2 cup
Melted butter 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Frosting:
Cream cheese 1 cup
Icing sugar 2 tbsp
Warm milk 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Cinnamon Rolls:
Prepared dough
Prepared filling
Prepared frosting
Caramel syrup as required
Candi Biscuits (crushed) as required

Directions for Yeast Mixture Preparation:
1. In a bowl add warm milk, yeast, brown sugar and mix it well. cover it with cling film and let it rest for 5-7 mins. set aside.
Directions for Dough Preparation:
2. In a bowl add flour, melted butter, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, brown sugar and yeast mixture. Now knead a smooth dough.
3. Cover it with cling film and let it rest until the dough doubles in size.
Directions for Filling Preparation:
4. In a grinder add Candi Biscuits and chop them well.
5. In a bowl add 2 cups of crushed Candi Biscuits, melted butter, vanilla essence, brown sugar, cinnamon powder and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Frosting Preparation:
6. In a bowl add cream cheese, icing sugar, warm milk and mix it well. set aside.
Directions for Cinnamon Rolls Preparation:
7. Take the prepared dough and flatten it with a rolling pin into rectangular shape.
8. Spread the prepared filling on it.
9. Now roll this dough sheet from one end to another.
10. As the log is formed, cut this log into 7 parts with the help of a thread.
11. Place these rolls on a greased baking tray lined with butter paper.
12. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 10-12 mins.
13. Your cinnamon rolls are ready. Pour caramel syrup and prepared frosting on the buns.
14. Sprinkle crushed Candi Biscuits on top.
15. Your Cinnamon Rolls are ready. Serve and enjoy.
