Paul murdered many Christians. Then God asked Ananias to release the anointing to open Paul’s eyes and anoint him to do the work of God. Put yourself in Ananias’ shoes. That could only be possible by a supernatural transformation in Ananias’ heart to be like God and love all people; even one’s WORST enemies! This is the kind of heart that God wants us to have. And this heart can only come by the refining fire of persecution.
