The AAP minister has launched a scathing attack on the Haryana government for releasing massive amounts of water into Delhi from the Hathnikund barrage.
Countering the AAP's allegation, the BJP said that the Hathnikund barrage is not a dam to store water. Instead, it is used to regulate water flow.
