Every child (and many adults) have dreamed of running away with the circus, and I was able to live out a bit of that childhood dream when the Venardos Circus came to town! You see, the Venardos Circus is a little different than your average circus, in that they are huge promotors of people following their dreams. And as someone who is currently working on exactly that, it struck a chord with me as I sat in the audience during last years Oregon performance. So when I saw that they were coming back to town this year, I reached out to and pitched the idea of joining forces for a few days to show some of what goes into creating your very own field of dreams, and to hopefully motivate others to reach for the stars in their own way.
Kevin's story is a pretty interesting one, and one that has proven that if your heart is in it, nothing can stop you. The team he's assembled are some of the most amazing and talented people I have every met, and strike an amazing balance between hard work, and a sustainable family life. This little circus and their message is doing far more than entertaining families, its encouraging them as well, and if they are ever in your area I HIGHLY recommend you check them out, and can promise that you won't be disappointed!
