Was bedeutet "Sacred rage / heilige Wut"? Wieso gewähren wir uns Wut nicht? Welche Power steckt hinter dieser Emotion? Wir wollen aufklären, dass Wut zum Menschsein gehört und wir uns nicht dafür verurteilen müssen, diese Emotion zu durchleben. Welche positiven Eigenschaften kann die Wut haben.

What does "sacred rage" mean? Why don't we grant ourselves rage? What power is behind this emotion? We want to enlighten that anger is part of being human and we don't have to condemn ourselves for going through this emotion. What positive qualities can anger have.
