CBC Vancouver After a 7-4 win over the San Jose Sharks on Saturday, the Vancouver Canucks sit atop the NHL.
The last time the Canucks were on top this late into a season? You'd have to rewind all the way back to the 2011-12 season, when the Sedin twins were dominating and Roberto Luongo was still in net.
Those former Canucks superstars are now in the Hockey Hall of Fame, and a new cast of stars have propelled this year's team. As CBC's Maurice Katz found out, fans in Vancouver are hyped.
