We begin this video by giving you a brief overview of how much profit you stand to make from a custom embroidered duffel bag and travel kit before diving into the materials you’ll need for this project. This includes your blank bags, hoops, needles, and more. We also go over why the Ricoma MT-1501's larger embroidery area and oversized clearance space is perfect for embroidering bulkier items, like this duffel bag.
Next, we show you how to digitize your design using our Chroma digitizing software. We discuss the tools and settings you can use to digitize a monogrammed text design, as well as offer preactical digitizing tips to ensure your letters come out seamlessly.
Then, we show you how to easily hoop your bags using a Mighty Hoop and load them nto your machine. Afterward, we'll take you through our pre-embroidery routine and show you how to program your embroidery machine using the MT-1501's touch screen control panel. After this, we clean up our design using our scissors and repeat the process for the travel kit. Once finished, we go over your profit potential in more detail.
