Für den Millstone PX Cask Whisky aus den Niederlanden wurde die gemälzte Gerste wie früher üblich in einer Windmühle gemahlen, was dem Single Malt seinen Namen (Millstone) gab. Der Whisky wird zweifach in sehr großen kupfernen Brennblasen destilliert und reift sieben Jahre lang in hochwertigen kleinen Pedro Ximénez-Fässern.
