INGREDIENTS:
Some Coconut Oil
1 Red Onion
Some Ginger
A couple teaspoons of Cumin Seeds
Garlic
1/2 a can of Petite Diced Tomatoes
Curry Powder
Fresh Spinach
Frozen Spinach
1 can of Chickpeas (with liquid)
1 can of Chickpeas (without liquid)
1 Green Chili
Some Cilantro
1 can of Coconut Milk
Garam Masala
Some Salt
Serve with Rice, Naan, a slice of Lemon, and whatever else you want
