Shiek Mohamed Kamara, also known as Jagaban, the new party strongman for the All People's Congress (APC) party, was referred to as a foolish man by President Bio. In Blama, where Jagaban was campaigning for the impending elections on June 24, 2023, President Bio made this assertion.
