Der Hyde No. 12 Bourbon & Sherry Cask ist ein Irish Whiskey, der aus gemälzter und ungemälzter Gerste und Hafer hergestellt wird. Dieser Irish Whiskey wurde dreifach in traditionellen Kupfer Pot-Stills destilliert . Anschließend reift er in stark ausgebrannten Ex-Bourbon-Fässern, den sogenannten „Alligator“ Casks, sowie danach in Oloroso Sherry Fässern. Das Label ziert die Jahreszahl 1893, die an die Hochzeit von Douglas Hyde (1. Präsident der unabhängigen Republik Irland) mit der in Deutschland geborenen Lucy Kurtz erinnert. Der Hyde No. 12 Bourbon & Sherry Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey wird ohne Kühlfiltrierung abgefüllt und hat einen Alkoholgehalt von 46,0% vol.
