I'm sick and I'm working on rewriting a prospectus for a class (which my computer dumped or didn't save or whatever), so since I'm not sleeping, I thought I'd post this quick video.
Just a short poem I wrote for a class I'm taking. We came up with seven words and we had to use five of them in a poem on any subject. This rewrite only contains four of the words: "destruction," "longing," "lust," and "eel." Originally "dance" was in there somewhere, too, but I changed it to "chance."
Anyway, I like this for the most part, though I think it gets weaker as it goes on. Also, the line breaks are hard to see, so for the most part, anywhere you see a capital at the beginning of a line, that is the next line of the poem, which was written in iambic pentameter (like all of my poems).
Constructive criticism is welcomed.
