This is the in-game music I covered for the Atari 8-bit clone of Tetris Attack called Block Attack a few months ago, and somehow I forgot to upload it on Youtube until today.
This is a mostly straightforward transcription of the music found in the SNES version of Tetris Attack, with a handful of creative twists I could think of in order to make a pretty faithful arrangement of the original compositions.
Note that in Block Attack, the music had to be compromised slightly in order be compatible with the existing LZSS music routines used with Mad Pascal, as far as I know.
VUPlayer-LZSS on the other hand uses a handful of routines I have written from scratch, in order to support extra functionalities such as Loop Points, Subtune section indexing, Software Fadeout, Stereo Playback, etc.
This is the complete version of both the Main and Critical Themes of Yoshi's Stage, played back from VUPlayer the way it was originally intended to be heard.
