The pre-tribulation rapture is a popular teaching in the church today, but is it biblical? Does the bible say anything about a secret rapture? However, when I look at the text, it seems to me that the church will be gathered to be with Christ at the coming of the Son of Man. From my perspective, the rapture takes place at the second coming of Jesus Christ and not at some secret rapture. I think all Christians should study the subject of the end times and spend some time fixing their eyes on the coming of Christ. The purpose of this is to encourage us to face difficulty and tribulation when the time comes. Its worth noting that the Olivet discourse presented in Matthew 24 makes no mention of a pre-tribulation rapture. In fact, there is no scripture at all that mentions a pre-tribulation rapture. I would argue that the post-tribulation rapture is the most biblically consistent view.
