There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ. On this journey of self awareness, we need to pay attention to the times we are judging and condemning others, as well as ourselves. Catch yourself when you are judging harshly or have an internal tape of self condemnation and hatred.
The words we use and speak to others is a reflection of our internal dialogue.
The Four Agreements
1 – be impeccable with your words
2 – don’t take anything personally
3 – don’t make assumptions
4 – do your best
When we speak negatively about ourselves, we give the universe and others permission to speak negatively about us.
Give yourself the grace and mercy. You are right where you need to be for the next lesson and next blessing.
Live close and absorb. Soak in, and allow every cell to be drenched in His peace.
