Hashbrown Casserole 🥔
Ingredients
For the casserole:
•32 oz Frozen Hashbrowns
•1 Stick Margarine or butter
•1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
•8 oz Sour Cream
•3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
•1/4 Cup diced onion
For the topping:
•1/2 stick butter
•1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix together casserole ingredients in a large bowl.
2️⃣ Transfer mixture to 9 x 13 pan.
3️⃣ Prepare topping - melt butter in the microwave and then mix with crushed Ritz crackers.
4️⃣ Add Ritz cracker topping to casserole and bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
