here I would love to share with you how to make easy chicken pot pie , definitely you can cook in your own home.
ingredients
500g chicken breast skinless cut into cubes marinated with 1 1/2tsp and 1/2tsp fresh ground black pepper
55g plain flour for thickness
150g potato
130g mixed frozen vegetable
1 large onions
300g full cream milk
10g butter
Dough
360g plain flour
200 cold butter
120g ice water
prepare the dough place all ingredients into blender and blend until is combine let it rest in the fridge for 30 minute
(extra flour for dusting later
1 beaten egg for glazing pie surface )
chopped onions and hit up pan fry add 10g butter to saute 3 minute add in onions saute until the smell is fragrance then add potato and mixed frozen vegetable add chicken breast then add 55g flour. continue add full cream milk cook about 5 minutes then dish out filling and set aside
remove the chilled pastry dough from the fridge lightly flour your workplace and your hand take a dollop of dough. roll the dough into round shape and Place into base of tray fill up with enough filling and then gently cover the pie with second dough. pressing the dough together with your hands into nice shape then brush the surface of pie and bake in preheat oven 180°c 35 minute
