K-pop fans gathered for the world’s largest Korean cultural convention Kcon starting March 30, 2024, to see artists like Aespa, BoyNextDoor and emerging stars Xikers, a 10-member group that debuted one year ago. The Post sat down with the newcomer boy band, managed by KQ Entertainment, to learn more about their first year in the limelight and what they’ve done to stand out in a saturated market. While K-pop sales in South Korea have started to decline in 2024, international fans at Kcon remained optimistic.
