Jenin attack live: Israel kills nine Palestinians, tensions high

Al Jazeera English Israel's largest assault in decades in the occupied West Bank has entered a second day.
More than 1,000 soldiers - backed by air strikes - are carrying out raids in the Jenin refugee camp.
At least nine Palestinians have been killed.
Approximately 3,000 Palestinians have fled the Jenin refugee camp since Israeli forces began major military operation in the area on Monday, a Palestinian official said.
The Palestinian foreign ministry has called for urgent international intervention to stop the displacement of Palestinian civilians from their homes in the Jenin refugee camp.
