Der Grainstad an Gheimhridh Whiskey wurde dreifach destilliert und reifte in Bourbonfässern, bevor dieser Single Malt Irish Whiskey ein Finish in Tawny Port Casks erhielt. Dingle Grainstad an Gheimhridh ist die fünfte Abfüllung der Wheel of the Year Serie und eine Hommage an das alte keltische Fest Grianstad an Gheimhridh, was die Wintersonnenwende einläutet. Grianstad bedeutet übersetzt 'die Sonne hält an'. Die Serie 'Wheel of the Year' der Dingle Brennerei orientiert sich am keltischen Rad des Jahres. Der in acht Abschnitte unterteilte Sonnenkalender zeigt die Zeit und die Jahreszeiten an.
